Returns Policy

Exchange method

Content that can be exchanged includes: color, size, style and products in the same segment.

You contact us about your needs via email or phone number. Once we receive your request and confirm your eligibility for an exchange, we will check the inventory status and notify you.

Damaged products will not be returned

Refund conditions

– Products no more than 30 days from the date you receive the goods from us

– The product is unused and undamaged.

– Has labels, packaging and purchase invoice

– Products and accompanying gifts (if any)

Transportation costs

All shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable once you receive the goods.

In case the product is defective due to the store’s side, we will exchange it for you free of charge.

Transport

Immediately after checking the returned product and confirming your return agreement. We will send you an email to notify you. After you confirm and complete all return procedures, we will deliver the goods back to you.

Refund method

If your refund request is approved, we will immediately take steps to refund your money. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, please wait.

Note: This refund will deduct shipping costs if the return is due to your reasons.

Transportation costs

If it is our fault, we will fully bear the shipping costs for the return.

If it is your fault then these costs must be borne by you and we will deduct them from the refund amount.

Late refund

If after the notification date you still have not received the money, do not worry but check your account again because it may be due to an error in the banking system that has not been updated.
