Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to protecting our customers’ interests by accepting refund or return requests within 30 days, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund and Return Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Refund/Return Requests

Customers can request refunds or returns in the following cases:

Not receiving the complete product as ordered.

Receiving counterfeit or fake goods.

Products are defective or damaged during shipping.

Not receiving the product after the expected delivery time.

Products are significantly different from our description.

Sent the wrong product (wrong size, color, etc.).

We will consider each refund or return request based on the above conditions.

2. Conditions of returned products

Customers should record or take photos of the product as soon as they receive it and before preparing to return it to avoid disputes.

Returned items must be new and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging.

Note: We only offer partial refunds in exceptional cases as outlined in the Terms of Service.

3. Refunds

3.1 Important Note:

We do not accept exchanges or refunds due to ill-fitting items, as each order is custom-made. Please refer to the size chart on each product page to select the most suitable size before placing your order.

3.2 Order Modifications or Cancellations:

Customers have 24 hours to request an order modification or cancellation. After 24 hours, once the order has entered the production process, we will not be able to make changes or cancel.

3.3 Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge or refund your money. Please provide your order number and a clear photo of the defective item via email to [email protected].

3.4 Order Not Received:

If your order has not been delivered after 30 days from the date of order, please contact us for a free replacement or refund. Please note that this policy does not apply if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address.

4. Returns & Refunds

For defective or incorrectly delivered products, we only require clear photos of the defect along with the order number to process a replacement or refund.

If you wish to return the product for other reasons, please contact customer service. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We only accept returns of new, unused items within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund. After 30 days, we will not accept returns or refunds.
